The Deterioration of the Forest Park Library

(As of March 11, 2001 most of these problems have been cleaned up
after the State Rep. Cheryl Rivera and Congressman Richard Neal helped us out, but the trash still remains and
the larger issue of a plan for keeping up with routine maintenance and expanding the hours the branch is open still remain)
