Section 1. The annual meeting of the Association shall be held during the month of February of each year, at a time and place to be designated by the Board of Directors. Notice of said meeting shall be sent to all members of the Association at least one week prior to the time of the meeting.
Order of Meeting:
1. Call to order by the President.
2. General summation of activities of the Association for the current year by the President.
3. Report of the Recording Secretary.
4. Report of the Treasurer.
5. Report, if any, from each Committee, in the order as listed, covering current activity and recommendations. Committee reports, or a brief summary of such, to be read by the Committee Chairman, and filed with the Recording Secretary.
6. Old and unfinished business, including motions to cover recommendations based on current committee reports, if any.
7. New business
8. Election of the new board.
9. Adjourn business meeting
10. Guest Speaker and/or entertainment.
Section 2. Special Meetings. Special Meetings of the Association may be called by the President. A majority of the Board of Directors, or upon the written request of twenty-five (25) full members of the Association.
Section 3. Quorum. At all annual or special meetings of the Association membership a quorum shall be the presence at such meeting of at least 10 percent of the total full membership of the Association.
Section 4. Voting. On all questions or issues presented for a vote at the annual meeting or any special meeting of the Association membership, each dues paying member of thirty (30) days or more prior to such meeting shall be entitled to cast one vote. Except as otherwise required by these Bylaws, all questions or issues presented to a vote of the Association membership shall be authorized by a majority of the votes cast at an annual or special meeting of the Association membership entitled to vote thereon (provided that the affirmative votes cast in favor of any such action shall be at least equal to the quorum required by Section 3 of this Article.)
