Section 1. Amendments. The Constitution and Bylaws may be amended by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to any member meeting or at a special meeting called for this purpose. Copies of any such proposed changes shall be made available to the membership in the written notice for such meeting and at the time and place of the meeting.
